Summary:
This project aims to formulate a strategic plan that guides the development process and balances its economic and social aspects in line with preserving the natural and cultural assets and capabilities of the region. Therefore, the strategic plan will constitute a guiding tool in the context of the process of preparing an action plan that identifies the most important opportunities to implement specific projects that serve the main goals of the comprehensive development strategy , Which will be evaluated in terms of programs, environmental impact and cost.
