Summary:
In the context of the celebration of the centenary of the establishment of the Court of Cassation, it was necessary to draw attention to the pioneering jurisprudential role it played since its early decisions in 1919 until this stage in its history. The book includes between its two covers selections from the decisions of the Supreme Court, and sometimes from the decisions of its general body, in addition to articles in Arabic, French or English that accompanied the jurisprudence of the Court of Cassation.
