Summary:
The project aims to assist the Internal Security Forces in developing and implementing a strategic plan and an accompanying planning process, according to Article 15 of Decree No. 1157/1991 in line with human rights standards and the requirements of Decree 755/2008 in order to enhance citizens’ support for the Internal Security Forces and increase their confidence in them and by virtue of the law in Lebanon.
