Summary:
The MES ENTENTES project sets itself within the framework of AFKAR, a project led by the European Community and overseen by the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR) IN COLLABORATION WITH THE European Commission Delegation in Lebanon. The project is carried through by the Arab Image Foundation (AIF) R and aims at analyzing the return of displaced people in the region of Mount Lebanon. More specifically in
the cazas of the Chouf. Aley, Baabda and Metn.
For the first time in the modern history of Lebanon, displaced populations have returned to their homelands and have seen their properties restituted Nevertheless, since the end of the war. The media have not shed sufficient light on the effective situation of these people, MES ENTENTES intends to articulate the predicament of the displaced in images and words, thus enabling a dynamic between the expressed needs of some and the future actions of others
