Bidding procedures The various possibilities for evaluating the offers before proceeding with certification, with the submission of proposals dealing with the bidding system and the public accounting law in this regard. Real estate investment and appraisal and their position in the Lebanese legislation: This lecture talks about the engineering-economic content of the investment and appraisal processes, and concludes with presenting suggestions related to the laws of rent and ownership. Philosophy of Building Law: This lecture talks about the foundations that must be stable and available in the various legislations and regulations related to the subject of Al-Banna, and draws attention, on the other hand, to the existence of contradictions between it, at the present time.
